Hi! Welcome to Add 2 Cart, my newsletter about fashion, shopping, design, culture, social media, and the ways all those things intersect.

For those who don’t know me, allow me to introduce myself: Hi! My name is Max Berlinger and I’m a freelance writer based in Brooklyn, NY. I cover fashion for a variety of newspapers and magazines and this is a place for me to write about all the things those publications won’t let me explore — wacky trends, new designers I think are promising, Q&As with designers or creatives who are doing rad things, reactions to insane news, all of that. It’s also a place I can share more of my personal opinions or respond to things that I may not be able to otherwise. Basically it’s a place for me to dump all the excess static in my brain.
